Using gold luster dust, you can easily make paint to decorate your baked goods with!

Gold luster dust I love can be found here! It lasts a long time, and is a vibrant gold color.

Now that you have your luster dust, you need to turn it into a paint consistency. I personally use Everclear. Don’t fear, the alcohol evaporates out as the paint dries. If you choose to not use Everclear, I will list some other great options below as well!

Need to add a liquid to your powder? Here are two other great options!

• Luster dust activator
• Lemon extract

To create your paint, add a dash of powder, and a few drops of liquid at a time. If it appears too thin, add a bit more powder. If the consistency is too chunky, add a bit more liquid.
